There are so many weight loss fads and dangerous things going on in the weight loss world. You want to stay away from dangerous pill or gimmicks designed to trick you in the short-term. There are many really effective programs where you don’t need fast gimmicks to get you going where you want to be. The key is to find programs that teach you what foods to eat and what foods to stay away from.
Programs aren’t necessary but they are nice because they keep you focused and in a routine. It’s easy to say you will do something and it’s exciting at first. But then many kind of loose steam as they progress, I like to use programs just because I get distracted easy and have a hard time focusing. If you are good about keeping yourself to a strict plan of your own then a natural weight loss plan may not be needed.

- Stay away from any weight loss plan that has pills
- Stay away from most high costs plans (hundreds and hundreds of dollars)
- Exaggerative Claims like: Lost 300 pounds in a month – if it’s sounds too extreme it’s probably fake.
- Magic Weight Loss Items – Claiming some knew amazing found magic stones or electrical muscle stimulants
Good Weight Loss Plans
- Diets That Use Real Food – snacks and shakes are good short-term but long-term don’t work well.
- Balanced Diet Plans – Plans that go for one type of food like only carrots or only a couple food items don’t work well and can be dangerous. Try for a more balanced diet with a larger variety of foods.
- Extra Support – It’s good for a natural weight loss plan to have on-going support. If they have people that will answer questions or even a support forum is a good benefit. You never know when you might have a question and if it’s a scammy program they might just want your money.
Tips for Natural Weight Loss
Here are some quick tips to leave you with to help you with a natural weight loss plan. Some are obvious but you might find some new or useful tips.
- Don’t eat late, yes we have all heard that but it really does affect your weight gain.
- Eat more fiber, I have diabetes and have learned how much this really helps me, increase your fiber and it helps knock out unwanted toxins and extra fat.
- Smaller meals more often, this is another well known one and is hard for some people that get into a routine of 2-3 meals a day. But if you eat smaller more frequent meals it really helps speed up your fat burning metabolism.
- Eat slower, eating slower helps the signals your body is telling you reach you. If you take more time you will notice you get full faster and helps let you know you should stop.
- MOVE!!! – move around more, it’s easy to get stuck on the computer or watching tv but you can move and watch tv at the same time. If you want to watch your favorite show just walk in place or jump around. I do it all the time and has really helped me.
- Drink Tea or Water, Coffee isn’t good for weight loss and stores more fat. Tea and water on the other hand are good for water and keep things moving smoothly in your body.

This is a great natural program that keeps you motivated, it’s designed by a former military guy and he uses diet and exercise to help you lose weight quick. Unlike other schemes these really does help you lose weight fast without the nasty side affects of drugs or scams. He gives you short 15 minute workouts that are fun and keep you motivated. It concentrates on those stubborn hard to lose fat areas and keeps you on a good diet. They have a beginner workout plan and a advanced workout plan. The beginner plan is good for people that haven’t worked out in a long time and want to get back into it. The advanced plan is for people in decent shape or people that workout somewhat. It’s nice because it comes with videos that show you step by step what to do, I like to see things in action myself so I like this feature. I like this because your doing it the natural way that works and keeps you healthy.

Truth About Abs is a good program also that focuses on losing weight naturally without gimmicks or drugs. It sounds like it would be focused on just abs but that’s not true, it’s actually focused on overall health and losing weight. The trainer Mike Geary says that a huge part of getting to your abs is in the kitchen not the gym, ya that’s an obvious one but he goes into great detail about how to eat healthy. He provides a good list of foods that you want to stay away from and gets into ones that help with fat loss. I like the meal plan he gives you, it’s very detailed and worth the money alone. There is also information about exercising and tips for that. Overall it’s a nice ebook that can really help you lose weight fast and naturally.
